SmartBase Solutions is a database marketing company working in the business intelligence arena. We provide database marketing and customer relationship management services to both multi-national and entrepreneurial companies.
Prior to a 2005 spinoff, the company operated as a division of GfK, the world’s fifth-largest market research organization, since 1999. As an independent operation, the company has been able to devote more resources to improving client service rather than supporting distant divisions.
