Kris Lynch - CEO
Kris offers SmartBase Solutions’ clients more than 25 years of experience in leveraging marketing data assets. Before founding SmartBase Solutions, Kris headed the database marketing division of GfKCustom Research, a leading global market research company. She has led information-delivery efforts for global marketers like Coca-Cola, Electrolux, Bosch, Fidelity Investments, UnitedHealthcare and Procter & Gamble. Kris offers a truly comprehensive perspective with diverse background that includes 15 years operating in a variety of aspects of market research and strategic communications. Kris has a proven track record of effective leadership, having held positions such as director of information services for Maritz Research and founder of a full-service advertising agency.
Kris is an active member of CEO Roundtable and serves on the board of directors and executive committee of the Woman’s Club of Minneapolis, where she is membership chairwoman. She holds a degree in business administration and English from the College of St. Benedict.
Gregg Kloke - President & COO
Gregg is a seasoned leader in the technology industry and brings an incredible wealth of know-how to SmartBase Solutions. For more than 20 years, Gregg has operated on the leading edge of technology science. Most recently, he was chief operating officer for Achieve Healthcare Technologies. Prior to that, Gregg founded and ran his own technologyservices company and served as the chief information officer for SimonDelivers.com, an innovative grocery provider. He has more than 10 years of experience in technology consulting in the e-business and data-warehousing market space. Gregg has worked with clients including Andersen Windows, Renewal by Andersen, Coca-Cola, Young America Corporation, Fidelity Investments, and RSM McGladrey.
Gregg is a committed leader, serving on community and corporate boards of directors for the Chanhassen Athletic Association, B50.com, and questcdn.com. He is also a regular participant in Minnesota CEO Roundtable. Gregg holds a degree in computer science from Utah State University.
Amy Sherek - EVP Client Services
A co-founder of SmartBase Solutions, Amy has worked in database marketing for more than 20 years. Prior to founding SmartBase Solutions, Amy was the lead database analyst at GfKCustom Research, where she worked to translate marketing information for clients including U.S. Bank, UnitedHealthcare, Roadway, and ShopNBC. Amy is an expert in solution design and high-level analytics with a deep working knowledge of database marketing. Throughout her career, she has held key positions in corporate research, analysis, and credit risk management.
Amy is a frequent speaker at conferences sponsored by the Minnesota Direct Marketing Association, National Center for Database Marketing, and the Advertising Research Federation. Amy holds a degree in mathematics and economics from Skidmore College and attended Sweden’s prestigious Lund University.
